BURNING WITCHES comment:
“Here’s something positive that came out of these difficult Corona
times – we made this spontaneous acoustic jam with talented
friends and guests. Your requests made this release possible on all
streaming portals, so thank you for that! It will remain a nice
memory this way and it also marks Larissa’s first appearance with
the WITCHES! We have heard your call and maybe one day we will
do another session like this but you ALL know WE LOVE IT LOUD, so
watch out for our new single coming very soon!”
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, live music has been at a standstill, leaving musicians looking for
digital means to bring entertainment and music to their fans.

At first, this live session is not at all what I expected from the band, very relaxing vibes coming from
these ladies, and a smooth soothing voice from Laura with a nice wide vocal range. I love how the first
track very much reminds me of one of my favorite songs from Metallica.
The second track is definitely speedier and much more what I initially expected when I first heard of the
Band. It gives me a feel of the highlight of a movie watching the witch look for children to eat to
preserve her youth. And very much made me excited to hear the evil laugh followed by what feels like
almost an Improv from guitars. I love it.
The very last track is from the new album. Dance with the Devil! I recommend that any lover of Heavy
Metal and supporter of Woman in Metal give not only this acoustic session a listen but the new album
as well. There is also a new single coming out soon – this little witch will be keeping her pointy ears out
for it.
I give not only this live Jam Session but this Band and its members
8 horns up!
